the experience at the helena prom & bridal fair 

vendor spotlight & fun moments at the bridal fair on January 28th, 2024.   

I took the photo booth & set-up at the front entrance of the helena bridal Fair. I choose the theme of the photo booth to be simple & black/white/silver to match the white wedding theme. I even brought white “Bride to be” cat-eye sunglasses & matching black ones for members of team brides!! They were a hit! Along with the pink cowgirl hats of course!! 

 My favorite thing was people walking in & getting to immediately see the pony photo express set-up and go “Oh! Photo Booth!!”… I knew those were my people. It was fun as always to watch people use the photo booth & laugh. 

I attached a video of 3 brides and their families using the photo booth together. pretty fun!! 

Once the day started to wind down, i was able to go check out the rest of the vendors attending the fair. I’ve put a video of this walkthrough here as well. but some fun vendor spotlights for me were: 

The Dress express mobile boutique: they hosted the event & brought hundreds of dresses for ladies to try on. they are from townsend. 

Montana poppy: offering gorgeous custom silk floral arrangements 

The Sweet Boutique in Montana: Custom cakes & cookies to perfectly match your wedding day

Firehouse bb-que: Catering & pig roasts for all events. they handed out samples in the form of lunch at the bridal fair & it was SO good. 

 Emma & Evan Foundation: An amazing organization that supports families who have lost the smallest souls by using your wedding dress to create beautiful gowns. 

overall, it was a great experience getting to meet new people & share the joy of the photo booth!
